What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Poverina Inn at 45 High Street, Normanby, Middlesbrough. TS6 0LD. The application includes the following terms:-
1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per plan deposited with the Licensing Authority.
2. To add licensable activity of Films externally Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 21:00 hours.
3. To add 17 conditions at Annex 2.
4. To delete conditions at Annex 2 which are duplicated by new proposed conditions or redundant.
5. To amend conditions as to external area and presence of children.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 12th October 2026 (www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
