LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that CPC Foods and Consulting Ltd has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Sutherland Works, Normacot Road, Stoke-on-Trent, ST3 1PR.
The proposed licensable activities are: Supply of alcohol every day 11:00-23:30.
Plays, films, recorded and live music, performance of dance and anything similar every day 08:00-23:00.
Opening hours every day 08:00-00:00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application should do so in writing on or before 28 September 2026 to: Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on- Trent, ST1 6QN, or by email to hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk.
Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
