Notice is hereby given that CHGL LTD, Mrs Cheryl Vanessa Gill has applied on 18 September 2026 to Middlesbrough Council Licensing Authority for the Variation to the Premises Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises.
The Variation applied for is to amend the current plan only, with the addition of one area to be covered under the premise licence.
Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should write to Middlesbrough Council at the address stated below.
Representations must be made in writing or emailed to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 16 October 2026
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 (unlimited amount)on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
