APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Seven Church Lane Limited has applied to the London Borough of Waltham Forest for the variation of the Premises Licence at 7 Church Lane, Leytonstone, London E11 1HG. The nature of the application is as follows: To vary the permitted hours for recorded music to commence from 12:00 daily, and to extend the terminal hour for recorded music to 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. To extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and the hours the premises is open to the public until 03:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. On Fridays and Saturdays, the sale of alcohol from the ground-floor bar will cease at 01:00, with the later-night operation of the premises thereafter concentrated within the lower-ground-floor area. No off-sales of alcohol will take place after 00:00, and customers will not be permitted to take alcoholic drinks from the premises for consumption in the external public seating area after 00:00. The application also seeks minor amendments to the existing operating schedule and licence conditions.

The application may be viewed Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am–5pm (except Bank Holidays). Representations must be received no later than 9 October 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
