APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Neenu Trading Limited to Boston Borough Council in respect of premises known as Neenu Corner Shop which are situated at 5-9 New Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 6LP.
The application applied for is to permit the following licensable activities during the given times
Supply of Alcohol off the Premises Monday - Sunday 07:00 hours until 23:00 hours
Hours Premises are open to the Public Monday - Sunday 07:00 hours until 23:00hrs
The register of applications may be inspected at the offices of Licensing and Land Charges Section, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, Lincolnshire, PE21 8QR, during normal office hours.
Any representations by responsible authorities or other persons regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority, Boston Borough Council at the above address by 12 October 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
