NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Flywheel Operations Limited t/a McDonald’s Restaurants has applied to the London Borough of Sutton on 11th September 2026 for the variation of the premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 168-172 High Street, Sutton, SM1 1NL.

The Variation is to extend the opening and licensable hours for Late Night Refreshment from 03:00 to 05:00 every day, to remove the “delivery only” restriction under “the times the licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities” section and to remove the current Condition 15 under Annex 2 which also states “delivery only” enabling the restaurant to remain open 24/7 for eat in, takeaway and delivery. In addition, the application is to update the plans currently attached to the Premises Licence to show a change of layout within the restaurant following a refurbishment.

Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
