Notice is hereby given that I, Ben Davis have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as:

For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities: -
The provision of recorded music (indoors & outdoors)
Sunday to Thursday 23:00 - 00:00 hrs,
Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 01.00 hrs and Christmas Eve &
New Years Eve 23:00 - 02:00 hrs.
The provision of Late-Night Refreshment (indoors) Sunday
to Thursday 23:00 - 00:00 hrs,
Friday & Saturday 23:00 - 01:00 hrs and Christmas Eve &
New Years Eve 23:00 - 02:00 hrs.
The sale of alcohol (on sales only) Sunday to Thursday
10:00 - 00:00 hrs, Friday & Saturday
10:00 - 01:00 hrs and Christmas Eve & New Years Eve
10:00 - 02:00 hrs.
A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
