Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that The Petersham and Ham Sea Scout Group (registered charity number 303819) has applied to Richmond Council for a new premises licence at Douglas House Meadows, Petersham Road, Petersham TW10 7AH for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on the premises only, from 17:00 to 20:15 on Saturday 7 November 2026.

Any person who wishes to make a representation In relation to this application must give notice in writing by 9 October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils), Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.rlchmond.gov.uk
