APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Fox and Vine Limited has applied to Bournemouth Council for a new premises licence in respect of Fox and Vine at 14 Haven Road, Poole, Dorset, BH13 7LP. The application is for the following licensable activities:
Supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises. The proposed hours are: Monday - Saturday 09:00 - 23:00, Sunday 09:00 - 22:30.
A record of the application may be inspected at The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make relevant representations about this application must give notice in writing to Bournemouth Council at The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or by email to Licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk by 1st October 2026, being 28 consecutive days starting on the day after the day on which the application was given to the licensing authority.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
