Notice is hereby given that Mrs Jeet Kaur Malhotra has applied to the Licensing Authority of LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET for a Premises Licence to permit - Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 06:00 – 23:00 for the premises: Malhotra Newsagents, 12 Hendon Lane, London, N3 1TR.
A Register of Licensing applications can be inspected at 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team at the address above or via email: licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 07/10/2026. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to £5000 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
