Notice is given that Timothy Martin Hemming of Simply Pleasure Ltd, has applied to BCP Council on 15th September for the RENEWAL of a Licence to use premises 333-335 Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH8 8BT as a Sex Shop.
Any person who wishes to object to this application must give notice in writing of their objection to the Director of Environmental and Consumer Services, BCP Council, Town Hall, Bournemouth BH2 6LL, within 21 days of the date of the application which is given above.
The objector must state the general grounds of the objections. The Council will not reveal the name of the objectors without their consent.
