Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing between: 04/09/2026 and 01/10/2026 to Director of Environment, Neighbourhood Services - Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.
