LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that L’Atelier Sip & Paint Ltd has applied to the North Tyneside Council on 15th September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence for L’Atelier Sip & Paint, 173 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay NE26 2DN which is to trade as an art studio and gallery.
The application is as follows: (1) The supply of alcohol (on/off) to 11:00 to 22:00 for on sales and to end at 22:30 for off sales Every Day; and (2) Opening Hours 11:00 to 22:30 Every Day; (3) Provision of Films 11:00 to 22:30 Every Day. Conditions and a detailed operating schedule, explaining the style of operation, accompany the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 13th October 2026, stating the grounds for making said representation to: The licensing Section, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 6UB or via email on liquor.licensing@northtyneside.gov.uk ‘Current applications’ can be found on the council’s website: www.northtynesidecouncilgov.uk The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
