Notice is hereby given that Chetan Patel has applied to the Licensing Authority of LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET for a Premises Licence for 49 Golders Green Road, Golders Green, NW11 8EL, to permit: OFF Sale of Alcohol: 07:00 to 00:00hrs Daily.
A Register of Licensing applications can be inspected at: 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW. Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Team at the address above or by email to: licensingadmin@barnet.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 9th October2026. The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that their identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Authorities Sub Committee and will therefore pass into the public domain. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
