What is proposed?
Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Grosvenor, 193 Humberston Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 0PH applied to North East Lincolnshire Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant such variation to have effect upon the completion of the works as notified to the Licensing Authority in writing. The alterations consist of minor internal works and to license an external bar in the existing external customer area.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council, North East Lincolnshire Council, Doughty Road Depot, Doughty Road, Grimsby, DN32 0LL or via email to licensing@nelincs.gov.uk no later than 8 October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
