Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to City of
Wolverhampton Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of
B & M Store, Unit 3B, Bentley Bridge Retail Park, Bentleybridge W
ay, Wolverhampton WV11 1BP to vary the layout of the premises to allow
self-service checkouts and a kiosk in accordance with the submitted plans;
to remove the current Premises Licence conditions and replace with
updated conditions. The above application for a Premises Licence may
be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email
licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk
. Any representations regarding the
application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre,
St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to
licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk
by 8 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application, liable on summary conviction to a fine not
exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited).
