Marston's PLC - Gloucester Road - Variation to Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the
Licensing Authority of Bassetlaw District Council to vary
the Premises Licence for the Innings at 1 Prospect Precinct,
Gloucester Road, Worksop, Notts, S81 0RS.
The application includes the following terms:- 1. Variation
to internal and external changes of the premises as per the
plan deposited with the Licensing Authority. 2. To permit
Retail Sale of Alcohol externally between 11:00 and 23:00
hours daily. 3. To delete conditions relating to Public
Entertainment Licensing. 4. To add conditions as to CCTV,
Training etc. Full details of the Application and the drawing
can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Bassetlaw District Council, Queen`s Building, Potter Street,
Worksop, Nottinghamshire, S80 2AH. A responsible
authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up
to and including 9th October 2026 (

Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is
unlimited.
