I Mr Baljeet Lal Jagmama, hereby give notice that I have applied to EPSOM AND EWELL BOROUGH COUNCIL for a Premises Licence for Premises known as and situated at: Epsom Fone Vape & Off Licence, 13 Upper High Street, Epsom, KT17 4QY. It Is Proposed That The Following Relevant Licensable Activities Will Be Carried On Or From The Premises: The Retail Sale Of Alcohol (Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 08:00 -23:00.

Responsible authorities and other persons wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 01/10/2026. Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
