Notice is hereby given that RGG FOODS LTD has applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for RIOS GOURMET GRILL, 472 Bury Old Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 1NL.
The application is to allow the provision of late-night refreshment for consumption both on and off the premises during the following hours.
Sunday to Thursday: 23:00 to 01:00, Friday and Saturday: 23:00 to 02:00, Public holidays: no additional hours.
Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than 11 October 2026.
