What is proposed?

APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that ADMIRAL TAVERNS LIMITED has applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council to vary a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Harp Inn, 19 Quayside, Little Neston, Wirral, CH64 0TB.

The proposed variation has been submitted to request the extension of licenced area to allow use of garden bar daily between 12:00 – 21:00.

If you wish to make any representations in connection with this application, you must write to: The Licensing Department, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA on or before 1st October 2026.

The Council’s Licensing Register where a record of this application may be inspected is kept at the above address. The register may also be viewed online at: www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
