APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE – LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that LA PIZZA has applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for LA PIZZA, 106 Water Street, Radcliffe, M26 4BE, to allow the Provision of Late Night Refreshment between the following hours: Monday to Sunday: 23:00 hrs to 02:00 hrs, including Bank Holidays. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than 4 October 2026 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ, or by email to licensing@bury.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am–4pm Monday–Friday or by going to the Council’s licensing register.
IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
