TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN We THE SUSHI CO (BRIGHTON) LTD do hereby give notice that it is our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence certificate to use premises known as 65 Western Road, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 2HA. for the following Licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: provision of late-night refreshment (Monday till Sunday: 11pm till 3am).

Any person who desires to make a representation to the Grant, should send to Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Hove Town Hall, Norton Road, Hove, BN3 3B or email EHL.licensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk no later than 5th October 2026 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed on the council's web site at www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing or at the above council office during normal office hours subject to an appointment being made. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
