NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Shoby Holdings Limited in respect of 2 Barker Gate, Nottingham, NG1 1JS for a variation of premises licence.
The proposed application is to:
1. Add an additional licensable activity.
2. Extend/amend the hours for licensing activities as follow:
Until 02:00 hours on Mondays to Wednesdays.
Until 04:00 hours on Thursdays to Sundays.
3. Extend/amend the opening hours as follow:
Until 02:30 hours on Mondays to Wednesdays.
Until 04:30 hours on Thursdays to Sundays.
4. Change the layout of the premises.
5. Modify the conditions of the premises licence.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment. Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 5 October 2026, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
