Notice of application to vary a full licence to abstract (take) water

Rockscape Farms Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.

The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application, in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The application is to vary licence serial number 03/28/83/0088 which authorises the abstraction of water from Folly Drain between National Grid References (NGRs) SE 8090 0980 and SE 8280 0950 and between NGRs SE 8130 0910 and SE 8290 0900, near Crowle, Doncaster.

The variation applied for is to extend the abstraction reaches to between NGRs SE 79002 09772 to SE 79805 09800 and between NGRs SE 80892 09795 and SE 82781 09011. This variation is sought to enable more efficient use of water and less reliance on neighbouring licences.
