Notice is hereby given that on 08/09/2026 Craft Union Pub
Company Ltd applied to North Yorkshire Council for a
variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises The
Black Swan, 21 Westgate, Ripon, HG4 2BQ. The proposed
variation is: To extend the timings for regulated
entertainment, and sale of alcohol until 03:00hrs Fri - Sat.
To extend the opening hours until 03:30hrs Fri - Sat. Any
person wishing to make representations to this application
may do so by writing to North Yorkshire Council Licensing
Team at P.O. Box 787, HG1 9RW or by email to
licensing.central@northyorks.gov.uk
no later than
08/10/2026 stating the grounds for representations. A copy
of the full application can be viewed by arrangement with
the Licensing Authority at Licensing, North Yorkshire
Council, Civic Centre, St Luke’s Avenue, Harrogate, HG1
2AE.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The fine for
which a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
