Premises Licence in respect of the premises.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on on or from the premises are: Daily 1200 - 2300 indoor, plays,films,indoor sporting events,boxing or wrestling,live & recorded music, dance and
alcohol on. Daily 2300 – 2330 late night refreshment

Any interested party or responsible authority who wishes to make representations to Chesterfield Borough Council must do so no later than 09/10/2026 and such representations must be made in writing and addressed to The Licensing Section, Town Hall, Rose
Hill, Chesterfield S40 1LP.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
