Notice is hereby given that The Grouse Bar &
Restaurant Ltd has applied under section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003 to North Yorkshire Council (the
licensing authority) for the grant of a premises
licence for the premises known as The Grouse Bar
& Restaurant, St Hilda’s Complex, Rosedale Lane,
Port Mulgrave, North Yorkshire TS13 5JX for the
for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off
the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall
include a record of this application, is kept at the
Licensing Section, North Yorkshire Council, Town
Hall, St Nicholas Street, Scarborough YO11 2HG
and may be inspected there, by prior appointment,
during normal office hours or viewed online at
www.northyorks.gov.uk/licensing-and-registration
Any representation to this application must be
made in writing and received by the licensing
authority by no later than 1 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine on summary conviction is
