Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Leeds United Football Club
Limited in respect of premises known as Marquees – North
Car Park, Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road,
Beeston, Leeds, LS11 0ES, applied to Leeds City Council
for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed
variation is to seek approval of an additional plan, which
can be viewed upon request, to include the external
hospitality concourse and to add the following Conditions
to the Premises Licence:
External Hospitality Concourse
1. The area will be for home supporters who are from the
hospitality marquee in the North Car Park only.
2. The area is secure and enclosed so nobody other than
those with hospitality packages will be able to enter.
3. The area will be always monitored and supervised by
stewards. 4. Challenge 25 will be maintained at all bar
serveries in this area, and all staff will be trained as to
LUFC policies.
5. All drinks will be served in plastic glasses.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application must
be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds
City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR, or by email
to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk,
no later than
8 October 2026 stating the grounds for objection. The
register of Leeds City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website –
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false

fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
