What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Urban Pubs & Bars Ltd has applied to London Borough of Lambeth on 09 September 2026 to vary the premises licence at The Fire Station, 150 Waterloo Road, London, SE1 8SB so as to remove condition 4 of Annex 2 of the premises licence, namely that SIA registered door supervisors to be stationed to monitor and control the Pavement 
Licence area between 4.30 and 8.30, Thursday and Fridays from Easter to 30th September each year, as more particularly set out in the application. No changes to the permitted hours or activities or other changes to the conditions are sought or implied.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1EG or by email licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  to be received by no later than 07 October 
2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lambeth.gov.uk  or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
