What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING APPLICATION Section 17 - LICENSING ACT 2003

Take notice that on September 15th, 2026, Ernst & Young LLP applied to Birmingham City Council for a new premises licence at Levels 5,6,7,8,9, 3 Chamberlain Square, Paradise Circus, Birmingham, B3 3AX.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol from 08:00 until 23:00 Monday to Friday for internal hospitality only.

THE PREMISES WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC The application can be viewed by appointment with the Licensing Section at Birmingham City Council or at www.birmingham.gov.uk and view the licensing register.

Any person may make a representation in writing addressed to General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ, or by email; licensing@birmingham.gov.uk. to be received no later than October 13th, 2026.

It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
