What is proposed?

Pontypool Town AFC are applying for a club premises certificate for Pontypool Town AFC Clubhouse, Off Albion Road, Pontypool, NP4 6GE.

The licensable activities being applied for are:

Supply of alcohol from 17:00hrs – 23:30hrs Monday to Thursday; 17:00hrs – 00:30hrs Friday; 10:00hrs – 00:30hrs Saturday; 10:00hrs – 23:30hrs Sunday.

Recorded Music 10:00hrs – 23:30hrs Friday and Saturday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Section, Civic Centre, Pontypool, NP4 6YB or Licensing@torfaen.gov.uk. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

The full application can be inspected by contacting Torfaen Licensing Authority.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
