Notice Is Given That Bear Restaurants Limited, t/a McDonalds Restaurant, have applied to LEWISHAM COUNCIL, as the Licensing Authority on 4th September 2026, for a Variation of a Premises Licence for McDonalds, Old Bromley Road, Bromley, BR1 4JY. The Premises Licence Currently Allows The Restaurant To Open From 06:00 - 00:00, Every Day With The Provision Of Late-Night Refreshment Taking Place Via Drive-Thru And Delivery Only. The Proposed Variation Is To Extend The Opening And Trading Hours From 05:00 - 01:00 Every Day, With The Provision Of Late-Night Refreshment Taking Place Via Drive-Thru And Delivery Only.

The application may be viewed at: Lewisham Council Safer Communities Service, Licensing Authority, 4th Floor Laurence House, 1 Catford Road, SE6 4RU, by appointment between Monday to Friday (except on public holidays) and between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm, or at: www.lewisham.gov.uk.
