Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to London Borough of Southwark for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of a Premises to be known as Burger King, Cantium Retail Park, Old Kent Road, London, SE1 5BA. 

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors and Outdoors) from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday. Premises Opening Hours are 24 Hours Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd Floor, 160 TooleyStreet, London, SE1 2QH or via licensing@southwark.gov.uk  no later
than 7th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of London Borough of Southwark and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website https://app.southwark.gov.uk/ 

It is an o fence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
