offices of the Licensing Authority at North

Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic

Centre, Doncaster Road, Selby between

10am and 4pm. All representations to

this application must be made in writing

to North Yorkshire Council

(licensing.central@northyorks.gov.uk)

within 28 days from the date of this

notice. It is an offence for anyone to

knowingly or recklessly make a false

statement in connection with an

application. A person is liable to an

unlimited fine on conviction should such

a false statement be made.
