APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken Ltd have applied to Guildford BC for a Premises Licence to permit Late Night Refreshment on and off daily until 5am, closing to the public at 1am at Popeyes, 35 North Street, Guildford GU1 4TE.
A full copy of this application can be inspected at www.guildford.gov.uk/la03applications or at Licensing Reception, Millmead House, Millmead, Guildford GU2 4BB during office hours. Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above or licensing@ guildford.gov.uk, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 6 October 2026. Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
