Premises: The Central Hotel, 70 Main Street Egremont, Cumbria CA22 2DB

Notice is given that Amanda Hyland for CDT Hospitality has applied to Cumberland Council Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence.

The Licensable activities are: Alcohol (on/off sales): Mon-Wed 10:00-23:00, Thu- Sat 10:00-01:00, Sun 11:00-00:00. Live/recorded music and sporting events: Mon-Wed 10:00-23:00, Thu-Sat 10:00-01:00, Sun 11:00-00:00 (outdoor live entertainment 1 Apr-30 Sep to 21:30). Late night refreshment (hotel guests/private events only): Thu-Sat 23:00-01:00, Sun 23:00-00:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Cumberland Council, Whitehaven Commercial Park, Moresby Parks, Whitehaven, Cumbria, CA28 8YD or licensing3@cumberland.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 6th October. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
