Port Way - Application To Vary A Premises Licence

Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Park Resorts Limited in respect of Premises known as Carmarthen Bay Holiday Park, Port Way, Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire, SA17 5HQ applied to Carmarthenshire County Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is to extend the Premises Licence to include a new food and beverage outlet for the provision of licensable activities permitted by the Premises Licence; extend the hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, performances of play and dancing, showing of films, boxing and wrestling and playing of live and recorded music and entertainment of a similar description to commence at 1000 every day (currently licensable activities commence at 1100 every day); permit licensable activities for an extra hour on the day British Summertime commences; and to update the conditions attached to the Premises Licence. 

There is no change to the terminal hour for licensable activities.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Head of Homes & Safer Communities, Carmarthenshire County Council, 3 Spilman Street, Carmarthen, 3 Spilman Street, Carmarthen or e-mail to PublicProtection@carmarthenshire.gov.uk

no later than 1st October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
