APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of KFC, 62 Fleet Street, Torquay, TQ2 5EB for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

Opening Hours
09:30 to 05:00 Sunday - Saturday

After 00:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a delivery collection service only.
(No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).

Late Night Refreshment
23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for customers

collecting or dining in (restaurant)
23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday for delivery collection.

(No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).

Details of the application can be inspected on the Torbay Council Website at www.torbay.gov.uk/current-applications and at the Licensing Department, Torbay Council, Town Hall, Castle Circus, Torquay, TQ1 3DR, between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Any interested party or responsible authority wishing to make a representation in respect of this Premises Licence application should do so in writing using the online form on the link above, or by emailing licensing@torbay.gov.uk, or to the above address before 5 October 2026

All representations must include the full name, address and contact details of the interested party, or responsible authority making the representation. Representations submitted after the specified date cannot be considered.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
