Notice is hereby given that on 09/09/2026 Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Middlesbrough Council for a variation to the Premises Licence in respect of premises
The Cleveland Hotel, 454 – 458 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 6JG.
The proposed variation is:
To extend the timings for sale of alcohol Fri – Sat until 01:00hrs.
To extend opening hours on Fri – Sat until 01:30hrs.
Amend hours for Non-Standard timings respectively.
The Licensing register listing full details of the application is kept by the Middlesbrough Council, Licensing Office, Middlesbrough House, 50 Corporation Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2RH.
The application may be viewed Monday to Friday during office hours
Any person wishing to make a representation in respect of the above activities may do so in writing to the above address or via email: Licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk no later than 07/10/2026 stating the grounds for representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
