APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)

Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to London Borough of Ealing for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Poundland), Unit 4C The Oaks Shopping Centre, London W3 6RE

To allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 7 October 2026

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences_and_street_ trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
