TO VARY THE TIMES FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES WHERE THESE ARE CURRENTLY 04:00am TO 05:00 am
TO VARY THE TIMES FOR LIGHT NIGHT REFRESHMENT (INDOORS) FROM 04:00am TO 05:00 am
TO VARY THE TIMES FOR THE SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL FROM 03:30am TO 04:30am
TO VARY THE TIMES FOR THE OPENING HOURS OF THE PREMISES FROM 04:00am TO 05:00 am
The record of the application may be inspected by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH, during normal office hours
(email:licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk).
Any representations by interested parties or Responsible Authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey District Council at the above address by 06 October 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
