Representations must be made in writing to Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk, by 25 September 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, for which the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
