Notice is given that Greek Market Ltd has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Unit 1 Watery Lane Industrial Estate, Watery Lane, Darwen, BB3 2EB for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday to Sunday, 00:00-23:59.

The application may be inspected at www.blackburn.gov.uk or by contacting the Licensing Section on 01254 267666. Representations must be made in writing to Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk, by 25 September 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, for which the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
