What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Taco Bell UK and Europe Limited has applied to Ashford Borough Council in respect of Taco Bell, Waterbrook Retail Park, Ashford, TN24 0FL for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:

For late night refreshment: From 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day (23:00 to 00:00 every day of the week for collecting or dining in (restaurant) and 23:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day of the week for drive thru and delivery collection).

No customer access into the restaurant after midnight. Opening hours as follows: From 09:00 to 03:00 the following morning every day. After 00:00 the premises will operate a drive- thru and delivery collection service only. No customer access into the restaurant after midnight.

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above, or via email licensing@ashford.gov.uk, giving detail of the grounds of objection by the end of 9th October 2026.

The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives:

THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND DISORDER, PUBLIC SAFETY,THE PREVENTION OF PUBLIC NUISANCEANDTHE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN FROM HARM.
