Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I, Mrs. Kirsty Louise Reddy Indukuri, have applied to Westmorland and Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Dalton-in-Furness Post Office, 76 Market Street, Dalton-in-Furness LA15 8AA.
The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 08:00 to 22:00 hours, seven days a week.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by 09/10/2026 to: Barrow – Licensing, Public Protection Services, Town Hall, Duke Street, Barrow in Furness, Cumbria LA14 2LD or email: licensingteam@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Council office at the address given above between 10.00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
