Notice is hereby given that we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to the London Borough of Havering for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Unit 8 & 8A The Brewery, Romford, RM1 1AU for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday. Full details of the application can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours.
A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Main Road, Romford, RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk. Such representation must be received in writing by no later than 06/10/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
