LICENSING ACT 2003: PUBLIC NOTICE FOR A NEW/VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE
I, Rizwan Khan, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a variation to a Premises Licence at 6 Broadway, Hanwell, London, W7 3SS and known as Superb Pizza. The application is to: Vary the premises licence to add the provision of Late Night Refreshment (the supply of hot food and/or hot drink to members of the public) daily (Monday to Sunday), between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 the following morning.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 11 October 2026. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING.
A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council’s website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201017/licences and street trading.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
