Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of
the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises
known as Heron Foods, 148 Blakenall Lane, Blakenall, Walsall, WS3 1HU,
applied to Walsall Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The
proposed variation is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol off the
premises on a Sunday only from the current hours of 10:00 to 16:00 to the
proposed hours of 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will
be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Anyone who wishes to make
representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:
