Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Powys County Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, (Former Poundstretcher), Pool Road, Newtown SY16 3AF to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week. The Licensing Authority Register may be viewed at the above offices: By Appointment, please ring 01597 827389. Representations about this application must be made by email to licensing@powys.gov.uk or in writing to Licensing Officer, Powys County Council, County Hall, Spa Road East, Llandrindod Wells, Powys LD1 5LG. Any representation by a Responsible Authority or any other person must be made in writing to the address shown above by 5 October 2026.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by a maximum fine that is unlimited.
