NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE by NOMAN RASHID In respect of the premises shown below TY PENDERYN, 26 HIGH STREET, Merthyr Tydfil. CF47 8DP

Details of the application are for the provision of the following:

Late Night Refreshment
Monday to Sunday - 11pm to 3am

Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday - 11am to 3am

Details of the application may be inspected by prior appointment between the hours of 9.30a.m and 4.00p.m from Monday to Friday inclusive at the offices of the Licensing Section, Merthyr Tydfil C.B.C, Civic Centre, Castle Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8AN.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be provided, in writing, to the above address by the 2nd October 2026

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
