What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for a variation of a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Cousins Lounge Limited to Thanet District Council in respect of premises known as Cousins Lounge, 56 High Street, Margate, CT9 1DX.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
